Tickell’s Blue-flycatcher (Cyornis tickelliae) is split into Tickell’s Blue-flycatcher (Cyornis tickelliae) and Indochinese Blue-flycatcher (Cyornis sumatrensis). Tickell’s occurs mostly on the Indian subcontinent, east to Bangledesh, N Myanmar, and Yunnan, China while Indochinese occurs from Myanmar to Vietnam and south through Thailand and Malaysia to NE Sumatra, Indonesia. :

- Tickell’s Blue-flycatcher (Cyornis tickelliae)
- Indochinese Blue-flycatcher (Cyornis sumatrensis)

      Subspecies and Distribution 亚种 & 地理分布

• Cyornis sumatrensis indochina Chasen & Kloss, 1928)
• –  SE Myanmar, Thailand (except C & S), Cambodia, S Laos and C Vietnam (Annam).
• Cyornis sumatrensis sumatrensis (Sharpe, 1879)
  – S Myanmar (Tenasserim), S Thailand and Peninsular Malaysia, also NE Sumatra (one record from R Tasik, lowland Langkat).
• Cyornis sumatrensis lamprus (Oberholser, 1917)
  – Anamba Is, off E Peninsular Malaysia.
