• Cyanoderma erythropterum pyrrhophaeum (Hartlaub, 1844)
  – Sumatra, including Batu Is, Bangka and Belitung.
• Cyanoderma erythropterum fulviventre (Richmond, 1903)
  – Banyak Is, off NW Sumatra.
